With a steadfast commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we have positioned ourselves as a preferred partner for construction professionals, retailers, and developers across the region.Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and capable Sales Executives who will support our business growth.Job Purpose: In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on tile adhesive & grout products. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their tile adhesive & grout needs, and providing solutions that match their requirements. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and exceed set targets.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in need of tile adhesive & grout solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct cold-calling, new customer acquisition, and product demos
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand the latest tile adhesive & grout products and innovations.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and promote adhesive products.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the tile adhesive and grout industry.
  • Strong understanding of tile adhesive & grout products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
