Reporting to: Lead Direct SalesPurpose of the JobResponsible for generating and closing sales. This includes individual, corporate, home, and office internet sales leads for MiFis, 4G, and 5G routers.Key Deliverables and ResponsibilitiesSales Generation
- Make sales within assigned territories and focus areas.
- Onboard and activate new customers.
- Support handling of customer escalations.
- Identify and conduct market activations.
- Submit daily reports before close of business (sales, pipeline, challenges/issues).
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as scheduled by the supervisor (both regular and impromptu).
- Adhere to routes and journey plans as directed or agreed upon with the supervisor and sales lead.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Has final decision-making authority and is accountable to management.
- Participates in decisions made jointly with peers on a collective basis.
- Makes significant contributions to decisions or policy judgments made by others.
- Contributes directly to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Supports customer satisfaction through service and issue resolution.
- Mainly external customers, with some internal interaction.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably below 30 years of age (male or female).
- Energetic and willing to spend 8-10 hours in the field.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to build working relationships with co-workers).
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Results-oriented with strong execution ability.
- Strong selling skills.
- Diploma or its equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
