- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and deal closure.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and follow-up on marketing leads.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, consultative product demos aligned to client needs and business challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM systems, tracking leads from qualification to closure.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, present value propositions and Return on Investment (ROI), and successfully close sales deals.
- Diploma or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Computing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in sales, customer care or a related technology role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with strong closing ability.
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management capability.
