- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and organize daily priorities
- Draft and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, expense management, and filing
- Manage logistics such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and office operations
- Ensure smooth communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Organize, track, and maintain accurate data records
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining structured data systems
- Coordinate travel, events, and business-related logistics
- Ensure all arrangements run smoothly and efficiently
- Support team members across departments as needed
- Handle requests promptly and professionally
- 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars and multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and common tools such as Zoom and Slack
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues and take initiative
- The executive's calendar is consistently organized and optimized with minimal scheduling conflicts
- Communications are high-quality, error-free, and delivered promptly
- Administrative tasks are completed efficiently with minimal follow-up required
- Data and records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible
- Logistics and coordination are executed smoothly without disruptions
