Location: Head Office1. Job PurposeThe Inventory Officer is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling company stock to ensure accuracy, minimize losses, and support efficient operations. The role ensures proper stock levels, accurate system records, and compliance with inventory procedures.2. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Control
- Maintain accurate records of all physical inventory
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability at all times.
- Conduct spotchecks,monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, variances, and losses.
- Implement stock control measures to reduce wastage, theft, and damages.
- Verify and receive incoming stock against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Issue materials to production, sites, or sales teams as per approved requisitions.
- Coordinate day to day activities across the stores. .
- Ensure adherence to company inventory policies and SOPs.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Ensure safe storage and proper handling of inventory items.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in inventory/store management
- Knowledge of inventory systems (Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Integrity and accountability
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Weekly stock summaries
- Monthly inventory reports and reconciliations
