- Field Leadership: Lead a team of two Sales Executives by example. Conduct daily field visits, set weekly targets, and ensure the team hits their KPIs.
- Bulk Sales & Distribution: Focus on "The Big Fish"-securing high-volume orders for corporate uniforms, mass signage rollouts, and large-scale event branding.
- Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network in Kampala's business hubs to open doors for new partnerships.
- Target Achievement: Work under pressure to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred). A Diploma in a business-related course is also acceptable with significant experience.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication (English and Luganda is a plus).
- Resilience: Ability to handle the "pressure of the street" and production deadlines.
- Mobility: Must be willing and able to be in the field 80% of the time.
