Do you want to earn money while helping other women grow their businesses?Kray Microfinance is looking for Female Relationship Officers to lead our Mama Cash Program - a powerful initiative supporting women to save, learn, and access loans.What You Will Do:
- Recruit women into the Mama Cash program
- Help them save consistently for 30 days
- Guide them through financial training
- Support them to access loans and grow their businesses
- Monthly Retainer: UGX 200,000
- Daily Field Facilitation, Lunch, Data (based on activity)
- Attractive commissions on signups, savings, and loan disbursements
- Opportunity to earn over UGX 700,000+ monthly
- Minimum: Senior 4 / Certificate / Diploma
- Women who are energetic and confident
- Prior experience in group loans is an added advantage
- Experience in sales, business, or customer engagement is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in the field (markets, shops, communities)
