Requirements: Minimum 10 years post admission experience (including at least 6 years in house or at a leading firm). Proven experience in complex commercial contracting, digital services, ICT transactions and technology procurement. Experience with AI related legal matters (AI contracts, algorithmic systems, data training rights, AI compliance frameworks). Experience advising on digital media, VAS, APIs, cloud services, hyperscalers, data monetisation, digital platforms and technology ecosystems. Strong familiarity with data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and digital regulatory frameworks. Experience managing multi jurisdictional matters across diverse cultures. Demonstrated interest and skill in legal technology and digital transformation of legal services.
