About the jobOverview One Identity is looking for an autonomous Sales Executive to drive the growth of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across multiple verticals (Insurance, Business Services, Real Estate/Construction, Computer, Tech etc.). You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for medium to long-term projects, while also managing and expanding an existing client portfolio through cross-selling opportunities.We offer a dynamic and fast-growing work environment, an active client portfolio with significant growth potential, attractive compensation package (base + commission) and real career growth opportunities.Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across various industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
  • Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to build compelling solutions
  • Achieve sales targets with a high level of autonomy and commitment
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in B2B tech sales (IAM, cybersecurity, IT solutions)
  • Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to adapt messaging across different industries
  • Autonomous, client-focused, results-driven
  • Professional fluency in French and English
  • Ability to travel frequently
