- Business Data Management & Mining: Oversee the end-to-end business data management process, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility for commercial decision-making. Execute advanced data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and trends within customer, sales, and market datasets. Lead the design and execution of nationwide and regional market research projects to identify emerging automotive trends and niche market opportunities.
- Predictive Modelling & Forecasting Simulation: Lead the development, validation, and optimization of predictive models to forecast vehicle sales, revenue streams, and market demand across diverse territories. Conduct complex forecasting simulations to anticipate potential market outcomes, assessing the impact of macro-economic shifts on Kiira Motors Corporation's commercial objectives. Analyze price elasticity and regional affordability to recommend dynamic pricing frameworks through optimization modelling.
- Data Visualization & Insight Transformation: Oversee the development of interactive business data visualization frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time visibility into sales performance. Transform complex data outputs into clear, actionable insights and narratives that directly improve business decisions and strategic planning. Prepare clear and concise visual aids and documentation to articulate design decisions, market risks, and project status to senior leadership.
- Strategy & Business Case Optimization: Partner with Finance and Product Development teams to create comprehensive business cases for new vehicle models, utilizing optimization models to ensure ROI and technical feasibility. Conduct post-campaign analysis and data-driven appraisals for product launches, quantifying the impact on brand equity and lead generation. Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new geographic territories, leveraging data mining and simulation results to minimize entry risks.
- QHSE Data Governance & Sustainability Analytics: Oversee the implementation of QHSE standards within the Business Analytics Unit, ensuring a safe and ergonomic digital workspace and the ethical handling of data in compliance with privacy laws. Lead the integration of sustainability metrics and "Green" consumer behavior trends into market research and predictive models. Conduct business impact analyses on the Corporation's carbon footprint and environmental initiatives, ensuring that all proposed business cases and Go-to-Market strategies align with the Corporation's environmental stewardship goals and social responsibility frameworks.
- Any Other Duties: Any other duties assigned by your Supervisor.
- Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide direct supervision, on-the-job training, and professional mentorship to the Business Analyst to ensure a high standard of analytical output and professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and PR teams to ensure that data-driven insights and visualizations are integrated into creative campaigns and commercial operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex market data and strategic narratives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the Kiira Motors Corporation Board and external partners.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions on business analytics tools, simulation techniques, and data mining best practices.
- Ethical Integrity & Trust: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive market secrets, competitor intelligence, and customer data.
- Inquisitive Mindset: Demonstrate a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving, maintaining a restless curiosity to uncover the "why" behind data trends.

- Professionalism: Take full ownership and accountability for the technical quality and reliability of all assigned business cases, models, and market reports.
- Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field from a Recognized Academic Institution.
