Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or general management.
Experience in Human Resources is a MUST
Experience in the daily running of a restaurant
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Strong financial and business management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of each department in a restaurant
Experience in organising events and sales & marketing
Ability to build systems, scale operations, and improve efficiency.
