JOB DETAILS:POSITION: Call Centre AgentsLOCATION: Call Centre - Head OfficeCompany: premier creditApplications are invited from interested and competent persons to fill the above position. All candidates should be ready to challenge themselves to continuously deliver exceptional performance.Personal Skills and Qualifications:
  • Should have a minimum of a Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration.
  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy & Positive attitude
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is not a Must, but an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Content creation, editing & Originality
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Creative in solution finding and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe person should be in position to:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services
  • Manage Leads with the goal of generating sales through conversion
  • Collect customer Feedback and share it with management for product and service improvement
  • Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in order to provide a tailored solution
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes
Languages Preferred:English & Luganda (A Must).
