About Organisation:Hillnate Consultants is an all-round HR Consultancy Firm.Job Summary: We are recruiting 2 Area Collection Managers (ACM) to support sourcing of dry cassava within key cross-border agricultural supply chains.Position 1 - Congo border areasKasese, Bwera, Bundibugyo, Kisoro, Busunga, Bunagana etcPosition 2 - South Sudan border areasElegu, Koboko, Yumbe, Moyo, Adjumani, Lamwo, Amuru etcKey Duties and Responsibilities:

Sourcing dry cassava from farmers, traders and aggregators.
Building and managing supplier networks.
Coordinating aggregation and consistent supply volumes.
Ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Working closely with local supply chain partners.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Experience dealing in agricultural produce supply chains.
Strong networks in the preferred border region.
Must speak English and local languages spoken in the specific area.
Must be able to speak Kiswahili.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Applicants should clearly specify the preferred border area they wish to work in (Congo border or South Sudan border).
