- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across key industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell compressed air solutions, dryers and air treatment products
- Develop strategic account plans for high-potential customers and large projects.
- Grow market coverage across Uganda through field sales visits, prospecting, and partnerships.
- Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate compressor equipment solutions.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Prepare equipment quotations, commercial offers, and value-based proposals.
- Present benefits such as energy savings, lifecycle cost reduction, and reliability.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and influencers.
- Maintain ongoing communication to promote new products and drive repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales activity logs.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and superior customer experience.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Identify emerging markets, applications, and regional opportunities.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Number of new customer accounts acquired
- Pipeline generation and conversion rate

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
- Strategic thinking to meet sales quotas and KPIs.
- Strong social skills, enjoy networking and relationship-building.
- Active listening and ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Multicultural communication proficiency.
- Presentation skills (clear, persuasive, and professional).
