- Manage and track all projects (status, timelines, issues)
- Oversee permits, inspections, and project closeouts (CO)
- Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor performance
- Provide weekly updates to clients and follow up on approvals
- Track invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
- Monitor material orders, deliveries, and delays
- Maintain systems and workflows (Notion or similar)
- Prepare weekly reports (projects, finances, risks, next steps)
- Experience in operations, project management, or construction coordination
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM/project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Construction or real estate experience
- Experience with Notion and QuickBooks
