- Manage student admissions, records, and registration processes in liaison with the Academic Registrar.
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, examinations, and institutional events.
- Maintain and update institutional records, correspondence files, and regulatory documentation.
- Support compliance with UNMC, UHPAB, and TVET Council licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between students, staff, clinical placement sites, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of CPD programmes, workshops, and short courses.
- Support procurement, logistics, and asset management for the institution.
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and institutional correspondence as required.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Principal or Director.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office and Information Management, or a related field.
- At least two (2) years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in an educational or health institution.
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with student information systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of Ugandan education and health sector regulatory bodies (UNMC, UHPAB, TVET) is a distinct advantage.
